I flew down from Vancouver to Houston today for the International Quilt Market and Festival.   This evening I met up with some friends from Vancouver and from Houston. We attended Fabric 2.0<\/a> a meet and greet event, and then the Sample Spree.  I came back to my hotel room with quite a haul, most of it complimentary!<\/p>\n

<\/span> <\/p>\n

Tomorrow the exhibits open, and in the evening I’ll attend the Modern Quilt Guild meetup.<\/a>  There are lots of class every day, but I’m not enrolled in any until early next week.<\/p>\n

Here’s some great street art I saw today, and some downtown buildings with interesting reflections of other buildings.<\/p>\n
