On Wednesday evening, Judy and I hosted the Opening Reception for our textile art exhibition<\/a> at the Gallery At Queen’s Park.\u00a0 In keeping with the theme of our show ‘In the Heart of the Forest’, we had a Teddy Bear Picnic at our opening reception.\u00a0 It was a great success.<\/p>\n

At 6:00pm, the lemonade was chilled, the cookies were served and the music was playing (guess what song we played over and over again!) \u00a0 The teddy bears were gathered around the picnic table, eagerly waiting for guests to arrive.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

From 6:00 to 8:00pm, we had a great turnout, and several people brought their favorite teddy bears or other stuffed animals to the picnic.\u00a0 One of our guests was Art the SockMonkey<\/a> from 100 Braid St. Studios<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Our textile exhibition ‘The Heart of the Forest’ continues though to July 24th, and Judy and I will be there every Saturday and Sunday from 1:00 to 5:00pm.\u00a0\u00a0 If you have a chance, we hope you will drop by and visit.<\/p>\n
