This week, I made another 4 blocks for Canada’s Big Quilt Bee.\u00a0 I used a new-to-me technique.\u00a0 I made 4 large log cabin blocks (approximately 13 to 15 inches square).\u00a0 Then I stacked them on top of each other, and sliced through them all to cut them into quarters.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>\u00a0 \"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Then I mixed and matched the quarters, and sewed them back together to make 4 blocks.\u00a0 For a couple of them, I had to add one or two strips of fabric to make the finished blocks the required size of 12.5 inches square.<\/p>\n
