The annual Fibre Art Network meet-up was last week in Lac Le Jeune BC.\u00a0 As always, we had a great time – inspiring, educational, productive.\u00a0 We spent four days sharing our work and inspiration with each other, shopping, touring local galleries, walking in the woods, eating, drinking and talking. It was an opportunity to re-connect with old friends, and to make new ones.\u00a0 We talked about our progress as artists, and made plans for new group exhibitions.<\/p>\n

Two of the galleries we visited were showing our work.<\/p>\n

The Courthouse Arts Galley in Merritt BC is hosting our Ekphrastic<\/a> exhibition from Sept 28 to\u00a0Oct 28th.\u00a0 We attended the Artists Reception on Sept 28.\u00a0 Below are the Ekphrastic artists who were present at the Reception, posing on the steps of the gallery.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
